“The professional and highly skilled DynamicsPrint® team led the implementation to develop the expertise internally at DCM with a team of Subject Matter Experts from each of the specialized print production areas. DynamicsPrint’s expertise regarding the system and the industry was instrumental to ensuring the configurations were done properly. As this is a highly configurable solution, the approach and implementation was very well structured and ensured that the team worked from the basic setups to the more complex setups with a pace that was manageable and retainable.
DynamicsPrint® adjusted the resource requirements to accommodate both technical and functional areas of expertise as needed throughout the project, providing best practice directives to ensure that the proper approach was being followed.”

Marketing Manager Marc Petersen and CEO Peder Falck are ready to take DynamicsPrint on a growth journey with AI.
Things are moving fast at DynamicsPrint – and AI is a cornerstone
AI is an integral part of the ERP solution DynamicsPrint and is one of the three cornerstones that leads to the strength of the solution.
In our series of articles concerning AI (artificial intelligence) and how it plays a part in the world of graphics, we have reached the software and consulting company DynamicsPrint, which develops ERP solutions especially for large graphical companies.
Size matters
It is not more than a few years ago, that Peder Falck and Hans Christian Teisen acquired DynamicsPrint alongside a venture fund. They saw great potential, which was threatened by the size of the company, which was too small for them to seriously offer solutions to very large corporations, which is where they can offer the greatest value. Not that they couldn’t solve the tasks technically, but how do you convince global companies that a small Danish company can support them?
– We develop an industry-specific ERP platform that is on top of Microsoft Dynamics and is part of a larger system. It has been, and is still, a great advantage to be a partner with the world’s most valuable company, Microsoft, but it has also been a hurdle that we were only six employees when we took over the company. Shortly we will be 17 employees, our recurring revenue will soon be quadrupled, and we are diligently looking for new facilities, says Peder Falck, who makes no secret of the fact that rapid growth is their strategy.
It has already paid off and is shown by the fact that they recently entered into an agreement with the world’s largest label supplier, MCC, to roll out DynamicsPrint on their in-mold production, which includes several factories worldwide. He also says that they are very close to landing a new major international agreement.
The system is built on three pillars
Peder Falck explains that the reason why Microsoft has become the world’s most valuable company is due to its use of AI.
Here Co-Pilot plays an important role, and this is because they have access to the three most important things that a company needs, to make an effective AI-based ERP system:
By pairing all the world’s information and companies’ internal data with artificial intelligence, they can not only deliver calculations and quotations, organize production, and manage logistics on the shop floor. They can also intervene and propose changes to challenges that the company itself has not necessarily discovered or realized the seriousness of. Microsoft has produced a video that tells more about these possibilities.
It is the combination of these three pillars that Microsoft used in developing Co-Pilot and which, in Peder Falck’s opinion, makes them a fair length ahead of other providers.
– There is no one else who is equally strong in these three areas, that are a prerequisite for being able to run an AI-based business administration system, he says.
AI is moving fast
DynamicsPrint has been around since 1990 and was developed by people in the graphical industry. Their value proposition includes, that the system is developed on top of Microsoft Dynamics with a special focus on graphic production and can reduce labor hours for printing and packaging companies by up to 50%. Peder Falck says:
– In the past, our systems were based on pure logic. With AI, we are going to take some major leaps because we now can support users much more. As seen in the video, AI can be used to create awareness of threats or opportunities, be able to suggest actions and automatically make suggestions for e.g. email inquiries. It frees up a huge human capacity that can be used on more creative tasks or customer relationships.
He goes on to say that they already use AI internally for coding and quality control. But they are also in the process of developing power apps and power pages that make it possible for users to access DynamicsPrint via the web and control their AI without the use of codes.
– We also work concentrated on the internal processes, so for example calculations and quotations constantly become better and more accurate.
They need all resources possible at DynamicsPrint, as they are currently in the process of hiring three more consultants and programmers. AI is crucial to both the product they sell and the development environment they work in.
Peder Falck concludes by saying that we are probably presented with about 20 megatrends a year and that only a few of them survive. But he’s sure AI will survive and be relevant far into the future.
Peder Falck explains the three cornerstones of their solution and Micosoft’s.
